Job Summary:
Join our mission of helping clients and their families in the San Francisco Bay Area to achieve peace of mind by providing personal home care and being proactive in seeking resources and solutions to those in need. We have an immediate part-time job opening for a Marketing Associate with a hybrid schedule. Pay is dependent on experience (DOE) from $22/hour-$25/hour. The Marketing Associate will monitor market and business trends. They will regularly outreach to and meet with collaborators and business owners in-person in San Francisco and the Bay Area to prospectpartnerships opportunities. The Marketing Associate will create, implement, and help manage company marketing and business plans, analyze market research, plan advertising campaigns, and develop strategies with the management and leadership team. The candidate will report to and be supervised by the Executive Director.

Overall Objective:

Our ideal candidate is a tech savvy and responsible self-starter with the ability to work as a team and who maintains company standards. We are looking for the right candidate who can work a flexible part-time schedule (12-20 hours per week), is able to to prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines and who will work in a moderate-to-fast-paced environment at our San Leandro office based on hybrid schedule.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related degree preferred (Associates Degree/Marketing AS Degree and 1-3 year experience consideration)
  • Detail-oriented and a strong communicator/collaborator with a positive outlook
  • Strong project management skills
  • Reliable transportation to attend regularly scheduled in-person meetings and promotional/outreach events in San Francisco and the Bay Area
  • Strong communication skills for networking and business development
  • Demonstrated research and strategy experience and skills
  • Must excel at writing persuasive copy and editing work
  • Demonstrated experience in customer behavior online, website design, marketing analytics, advertising and online branding
  • Proficient knowledge in paid traffic sources, including Facebooks Ads and Google Adwords/Google Ads
  • Demonstrated knowledge in cluster analysis, market sizing, forecasting and positioning, conjoint analysis and new product development, promotion budget allocation, profit maximization, lifetime customer value, and web analytics
  • Social media and general tech savvy
  • Experience with SEO engines
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and Illustrators
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress or other website, blog, video, newsletters, mass communications, and other media platforms
  • 1 plus year Home Care and/or Health Care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and team oriented with ability to work independently; dependable and maintains privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Conditional offer contingent on successful completion and passage of live scan background check, TB screen, and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Write and design persuasive marketing materials and content that promotes Roxana Family Home Care services and products
  • Develop marketing and promotional materials including but not limited to: logos, stationery, brochures, website, and newsletters/blogs
  • Monitor and measure results of marketing campaigns such as click-through rates and event/product registrations
  • Create and distribute marketing content/materials needed before, during, and after events
  • Execute non-paid and paid traffic strategies that generate leads company’s services
  • Help in managing and supporting platforms including Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Wordpresss, company website, blog, and other designated platforms
  • Analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns and increase ROI
  • Conduct thorough market research including mitigation and report findings of new product/services opportunities and create relevant presentations
  • Collaborate and meet regularly with management team to provide creative solutions and advance projects
  • Manage and coordinate marketing goals and guidelines, organize budgets and timelines
  • Conceptualize plans, and develop strategies to optimize or create operations
  • Engage with new prospects and clients
  • Maintaining demand, relevance, and reputation (create and brand company services)
  • Other assigned marketing/communications responsibilities
