We are looking for a Marketing Associate to become part of our creative, collaborative, and high-energy team. As an integral part of the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative proposals, presentations, and other materials that help win new projects for Clark. This position will be located in our Seattle, WA office.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Associate supports Clark marketing initiatives, including:

The preparation of qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials, which involves assisting with research, layout, editing, coordination among team members, and printing/production.

Maintenance of marketing and business development materials. including databases.

Miscellaneous marketing support.
Required Qualifications:
-
Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and attention to detail.

Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, and the ability to coordinate the activities of various team members when faced with multiple deadlines.

Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills with a hands-on and team-oriented attitude.

Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
-
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Communications, English, Business, Political Science, or other relevant focus of study in writing, communications, and/or critical analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience working in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
-
Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus.
-
Technical writing background and/or marketing experience for professional services.
-
Proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) for professional document design and layout is a plus.
Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefit package that includes health benefits (medical and dental plans), paid time off (vacation, sick and holiday), financial benefits (retirement plan with both match and annual company contribution, life insurance, short and long term disability, and commuter benefits). Base hourly rates will be determined by factors such as geographic location, education, skills, experience, and market considerations. For this role the base hourly rate is $19.00-70.00 an hour.
