SUMMARY
Work with corporate and property marketing teams to ensure proper media activities are pushed through the proper channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Liaison between Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) marketing and media vendors to maintain relationships.
- Obtains monthly creative schedules from each property and prepare traffic instructions.
- Prepares and updates outdoor creative rotations for all digital boards for each property.
- Utilizes workflow software and download creative to send to vendors daily.
- Alerts marketing department of missing materials, as well as help provide solutions for late creative.
- Traffics creative produced for outdoor, print, radio, TV, and digital ads to vendors in a timely manner, based on vendor deadlines.
- Updates and maintains production specifications and contacts, as well as ad submission requirements by vendor.
- Obtains confirmations from each vendor that creative has been received.
- Develops and maintains digital/online traffic spreadsheets for each property and send to advertising agency.
- Develops insertion orders, process invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Assists with researching and analyzing viewership data/surveys to develop accurate broadcast buys on a quarterly basis.
- Gains approval from properties and execute buys in a timely manner.
- Actualizes and update budget summaries, monthly, by promotions and by vendor.
- Works with property marketing teams and PR to assist with publishing both sponsored and organic social media material.
- Reviews and analyzes social media activities to provide feedback to individual properties.
- Attends various events to help with social media activities, as needed.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Manages multiple projects without having direct supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or other related field, and 0 to 2 years of media experience.
