Marketing Coordinator Job at First Hawaiian Bank
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Communications Division in Downtown Honolulu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing Communications Division Manager and assists in managing the Division by performing/overseeing a variety of administrative, staff support and planning activities. The Marketing Coordinator also serves as the office manager, preparing and tracking the Division budget and tracks the overall marketing budget for the bank. The position is responsible for managing the bank’s internal logo store, collaborates with the advertising team on proofing/trafficking community ads and partners with the events team on select events as appropriate.

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)

- 3 years’ experience in marketing, banking financial sales, event planning and coordination and/or related field required.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 2 years of administrative/office experience required.
- Marketing, Finance or Business degree preferred.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills essential.
- Must have analytical planning and problem solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter, able to use judgment and discretion and make decisions when required.
- Must have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.
- PC skills in word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint required.
