What activities will someone in this role do that are relevant to the core results that they own?
- Organize weekly events (internal and external). Internal events are to boost morale and team connection. External events are to generate interest and leads in the community
- Manage & organizing the marketing supplies & distribute/track with the offices
- Finding list of small businesses without insurances to reach out to
- Respond to patient reviews & questions promptly (same day).
- Boost social media posts and support with posting content on social media
- Pull data to analyze success of events and understand lead volume
Required:
- Marketing or sales experience
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have own car for transportation
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Able to drive between 9 locations in Temple, Killeen, Waco & Taylor
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
