Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
- Measure ROI of digital and traditional advertising campaigns
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and digital traffic
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Research and implement marketing tools and platforms to benefit marketing and call center campaigns
- Work closely with your marketing team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
- Strong Proficiency in salesforce or comparable CRM platform
- 3-5 years Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role in a B2C environment
- Strong Proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau visualizations experience
- Experience with PPC campaigns
- Strong Excel Proficiency
- Expertise in Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practice
- $70,000-$75,000 annually
- Continuing education, including attending conferences and company-provided resources to help with individual growth and development.
