The team develops and uses the latest social media, digital data analytics, email and direct marketing channels under an industry-leading omni-channel outreach facility. The team is also sought by leading companies to help them improve their B2B marketing with the latest channels of marketing and tools involved in building out a sophisticated outbound system.

Summary/Objective:

Lead the Business Development department at Bainbridge, including creative new outbound communication, relationship building, blog posts, white papers, proposal development and case study writing for B2B sales. Develop one of the tech-world's most complex B2B marketing systems to build brand value, client relationships and growth on all tech media platforms.

Essential Functions:

  • Execution of firm's marketing strategy with tactical campaigns to achieve high industry brand recognition, lead development, positioning for new markets and customers, and promotions to expand global market share of the advisory practices
  • Create a digital brand in advisory that is consistent with the high performance and technology that the practice firm's professionals already achieve
  • Lead team to execute digital, phone, print, and B2B email marketing channels
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams to monitor campaign performance, with a focus on managing marketing campaigns on a regular basis and the entire business development process thereafter
  • Promote internal target brands by producing high quality marketing materials, including writing and designing collateral, conference materials, press releases, and website content
  • Launch new platforms, technology, and brands including those for affiliate Bainbridge companies.
  • Disrupt the traditional professional and technology competitors
  • Understand key competitors and industry trends and assist in effectively positioning the company's approach and services
  • Create new sales and marketing materials such as proposals, brochures, handouts, and pitch books for institutional investment products and service.
  • Support the maintenance of systems and processes including databases, marketing tech, CRM, and new applications the marketing manager regularly identifies and facilitates.
  • Supervise and train marketing team members
  • Attend remote industry conferences, trade events, and related activities to assist in the promotion of Bainbridge’s brand and services

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Marketing degree preferred. Master's degree highly desirable
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing/CRM/Advertising/Business Development, preferably in a professional services or technology industry
  • Business Professional Communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team
  • Experience/Interest in Front-end design & UI tools highly desirable: Either Figma, Adobe InDesign, Sketch, XD or similar
  • Experience with HubSpot, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
