As our Marketing Operations Manager for Food, Beverage & Consumer Goods (FB&CG), you will be in charge of managing operations, creating strategic marketing campaigns, and working with marketing team members, Revenue Operations leaders, stakeholders, and Salesforce team members.

Here's how

• Serve as the tip of the spear with our MarTech strategy, owning all marketing technology and its administration and execution
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures related to martech, targeting, lead management, etc.
• Lead an initiative to connect our marketing automation with our CRM platform for a seamless integration
• Oversee the development and refinement of all marketing reporting
• Oversees brand data and analytics and emerging market trends to strategize ways to increase market share
• Develop and execute on a game-changing targeting and analytics strategy with a focus on measurement and continuous improvement
• Partners with marketing team members to ensure ROI is planned forecasted in advance of campaign execution
• Lead and take our marketing database management to the next level with third party sourcing, enrichment and augmentation
• Serve as the champion of marketing data stewardship within FBCG
• Manage and engage with third party partners to supplement internal resources and talent
• Oversee data targeting for regionalization and account-based marketing efforts
• Recalibrate our lead scoring methodology and automate the lead management process between existing marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Partner with sales leadership on the lead handoff process to ensure conversion and nurture occurs with every potential opportunity

What you bring to the role

• BS/MBA in marketing or equivalent experience
• 7-10 Years of experience within a Marketing Operations function
• Certified operator (preferred) or heavy experience with operation of marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM integrations
• Experience with lead scoring and lead management engagement with sales teams
• Strong marketing data acumen across international regions
• Consumer Goods industry experience a strong plus
