You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of campaign marketing program initiatives and partnering with lines of business to create successful promotion and awareness of their products and services. Working with a team of creatives and agencies, effectively promoting products and services, and strategizing for future steps based on data-driven results. Ready to learn more?
Your day may include:
  • Partnering with the Senior Marketing Manager and key lines of business to execute campaign marketing efforts
  • Developing strategies to achieve campaign or line of business goals
  • Directing a team in development and execution of campaign collateral and deliverables
  • Managing non-campaign marketing projects
  • Partnering with Senior Data Analyst to quantify the success of marketing efforts and assess future needs. Reporting results to leadership and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Managing operational communications, forms, letters, business papers, etc. for all lines of business
  • Collaborating with Lending Compliance, Compliance Services Group and leading creative teams to align content with regulations and compliance requirements
What you bring to the team:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or another related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing
    • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent creative direction skills - ability to provide clear, strategic direction and constructive feedback to a creative team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Bonus Points if you have:
  • Preferred 3+ years digital marketing experience
  • Preferred financial institution experience
Competitive pay: $67,788.54 - $101,682.80, annually, dependent on applicable qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan
Where we’re located: Seattle: 1121 NE 45th St. Seattle WA 98105 or in Olympia Headquarters: 330 Union Ave SE Olympia, WA. Employee must reside and perform all work in the state of Washington. This is a hybrid position that blends working in-office and from home.
When you’d work: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with scheduling flexibility depending on business needs
