Our Infrastructure Solutions business focuses on working with public agencies to solve challenges with our built infrastructure, improving the quality of life for all by helping people safely and efficiently travel, delivering clean water, and protecting public health. We partner alongside clients in all project phases, from planning through construction, on building roads, airports and water systems. Foth is currently seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, Marketing & Proposal Coordinator who has the drive to help develop this role and support growth for our Infrastructure Solutions team. This position will be based out of our Des Moines, IA location working closely with client managers and the regional Foth marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and/or coordinate proposals and text heavy layout and design (80% of the role focus)
- Design brochures and service sheets (printed and digital promotional pieces/campaigns); Infographics and other vector-based designs; Photography (and videography); Social media and website content (20% of the role focus)
- Assist with gathering, reviewing, and organizing project information
- Collaborate with the client relationship management team on marketing strategy
- Promote branding throughout divisional marketing content and material
- Assist with the planning and preparation for conferences, trade shows, and external/internal client events
- Research, recommend, and purchase marketing materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communication/Journalism, Business or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign highly preferred)
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience creating marketing material for professional services
- Portfolio displaying strong writing and graphic skills
- Project management experience is beneficial
