Our Lewiston office has a 40hr position available for a Marketing Specialist in Long Term Home Care Services.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  • Carry out market research to find expansion opportunities for offered home care services, including long term private duty nursing and personal support services (with a strong emphasis on the private pay market).
  • Help to clarify and define the organizational growth goals and objectives, through strategic planning in partnership with both clinical and operational levels of senior and executive management.
  • Build and sustain a client list and client sourcing opportunities for offered services.
  • Collaborating with clinical leadership, determine the needs of the consumer and deliver superior customer service, developing methods to boost client and consumer retention.
  • Establish marketing strategies that are directed at specific demographic and geographic areas.
  • Analyze competitive behaviors and tactics to broaden awareness of expansion possibilities and additional service needs.
  • Compile data and generate KPI reporting to track metrics and organizational progress towards stated goals and objectives.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Direct experience in home health and home care marketing, and/or clinical operations experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a marketing or sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.
  • Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics.
  • Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment.
  • Experience with project management and managing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analytics and managing key performance metrics.
