Job Title/Position: Electrician
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt/Salaried
Reports to: Regional Branch Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective: The Electrician is responsible for repairs, installation and maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Ensure all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected, such as power construction equipment measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety
- Troubleshoot Equipment
- Proactively prepare for upcoming work
Education and Certifications:
- Electrical license from the state
- 2-3 years of experience in the Solar industry
- Associates degree or additional training, or certification
Skills and Capabilities:
- Full proficiency in the electrical solar industry
- Work well under moderate supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods working outdoors in diverse working conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Travel required (if applicable):
- Based on project/customer location in assigned area

Salary: $69,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
