Mechanical Assembler II Job at UNADYN
With minimal supervision you are expected to perform a wide variety of mechanical assembler tasks consisting of a variety of parts which must be fitted into exacting tolerances. Maintain and service equipment, troubleshoot for problem resolution, ensure quality control, maintain supply inventory, record actions on productions forms and communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Roles/Responsibilities :
- Ability to assemble component parts for products according to established specifications, schedules, and standards of quality with little to no supervision.
- Ability to fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners with minimal guidance.
- Ability to fit, trim, aligns, and adjust parts and components with minimal guidance
- Ability to solder, lug, route, and tie electrical components with minimal supervision
- Ability to calibrate units according to specification with minimal guidance
- Ability to test installed parts and accessories for functionality with little to no supervision
- Ability to perform inspections to ensure assemblies comply with applicable requirements with minimal guidance
- Ability to disassemble and replace parts as required.
- Ability to rework, repair, or replace faulty component parts with minimal guidance.
- Ability to repair and rework non-conformances with minimal guidance.
- Ability to read the schematics for your machine components.
- Ability to test and inspect components for uniform and quality
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to speak, read and communicate in English
- Must have a safety focus and maintain 5S in your area
- Able to follow detailed instructions
