We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, flexible and positive medical assistant to join our Medical Aesthetic Practice, GFaceMD in Wellesley Hills! You must have a desire to constantly learn and be eager to dive in and support a growing, boutique aesthetics practice in Wellesley Hills, as well as a fast growing skincare line, Soyier Skin, and a global aesthetics conference, FACEit Virtual.

You will play a significant role in the interactions with patients at GFaceMD. You will ensure product is prepared each day, rooms are clean, drawers are organized and stocked, office is in order, and providers are prepared. You will ensure all patient demographic information is up to date. You will ensure that the practice provides unmatched service and delivers an exceptional experience. Your primary goal will be to assist the providers and ensure they are prepared and efficient.

You will assist with the Soyier Skin Collection when needed, helping with order fulfillment, both in office and from online orders.
