JOB TITLE: Medical Assistant| Call Center Representative
Job Description Summary:
Georgia Mountains Health Service, Blue Ridge, GA is looking for a full-time Medical Assistant to practice as a Phone Nurse in our busy call center Monday- Friday 8 - 5pm. The ability to speak Spanish is highly desired. This position will be answering phones, using MA triage skills to schedule patient appointments and answer patient questions within job scope, collecting information, and verifying insurance. Attention to detail and accuracy are priorities. This position is the front line for the organization and therefore must understand customer expectations, assess the situation, determine needs, provide information and assistance, and leave a lasting positive professional impression.

Qualifications and Experience:
