We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/IVF Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience working with patients in a healthcare setting, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, is organized, and exhibits a pleasant and professional demeanor.

While previous experience in infertility is a plus, we will train the right candidate. Strong administration and medical assistant background is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handles new patient consultation
• Communicate with patients on a daily basis via phone and email
• Coordinate all testing and patient treatment plans
• Coordinate patients on IVF procedure and treatment protocols
• Communicate with medical doctor on any patient consultation
• Maintain patient chart information
• Provide financial consultation
• Ensure patient records are up-to-date
• Prepare calendar/schedules for patients as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
• Handle blood draws and check vital signs
• Other duties may be assigned

Position requirements:

• High school diploma preferred
• Medical Assistant diploma or certificate preferred
• 1 year of fertility office preferred
• Experience in Women's Health preferred
• Phlebotomy license preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent administrative skills

Compensation:

• $22 - $26/hr, based on skills and experience
