The Luxe Room is seeking candidates to fill the position of a medical assistant/personal assistant for our very own, Nurse Danielle. You will be an integral part of our ever-growing Luxe Room team, serving as direct support for our Lead Injector.

POSITION DETAILS

• Part-time (30-35 hours) with progression to full-time (35-40 hours)
• Mostly 8.5 hour shifts
• Shifts are 8:30 - 5/6PM. Initial scheduling will begin with Tuesday-Friday

Job & Duties will include:

• Reading & reviewing consents & questionnaires with patients
• Patient education within scope of practice
• Before & After Photos
• Charting & recording for patient’s medical history on EMR
• Charting patient notes on EMR
• Reviewing patient’s pre & post care instructions
• Preparing rooms & patients for treatments
• Prepping injectables including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, etc.
• Assist with communication to patients via calls, texts, emails (phone & ipad provided)
• With appropriate patient consent, filming of treatments with company phone
• Will be required to work from both locations, Denver & Boulder

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Education: High school diploma or higher
• Medial Background experience (can be MA, EMT, CNA, nursing student, etc)

DESIRED

• Previous experience in high-end Cosmetic Clinic / MedSpa or similar
• Ability to start January 2023
• Fluency in Spanish
