Schedule: Full Time, Days - Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5pm & 1 evening per week
Responsibilities

Medical Assistants perform a variety of clincial and adminsitrative tasks to keep the medical practice running smoothly. Initiative and the desire to learn are attributes we value. If you have long-term career goals in healthcare, this is an excellent opportunity. The Medical Assistants report to the Practice Manager.
The duties of the Medical Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Taking medical histories
- Taking vital signs
- Administering vaccines/injections
- Performing EKGs and other tests
- Managing patient flow
- Prescription requests
- Inventory and stocking
- Preparing instruments and assisting providers
- Any other duty assigned by supervisors
GVH practices are located in Harleysville, Hatfield, Lansdale, Chalfont, Souderton, Sellersville, Pennsburg and Quakertown.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school Diploma/GED and experience as a Medical Assistant or other healthcare professional meeting core competencies of the Medical Assistant profession (vital signs, EKGs, history and medication reconciliation).
