The Medical Assistant (MA) is accountable for basic clerical and technical supportive services within a defined scope of practice under the direction of a licensed physician or surgeon. The incumbent functions as a patient care team member assisting licensed staff in the performance and provision of safe and efficient patient care.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a High School Diploma/GED. BLS - Basic Life Support is required within 30 days of hire or transfer into position. Minimum six (6) months working in a healthcare environment as a Medical Assistant preferred. Bilingual skills preferred
POSITION DETAILS: Per Diem Position. Day shifts
PAY RANGE: $18.70 - $27.10
LOCATION: Fresno, CA
