Job Description: Want to be part of a team working for one of the top Medical Billing companies in the country? The patient care representative is responsible for assisting the clients patients with account balance needs or questions in regards to monthly statements
Location: Holly Hill, FL
Number of Openings: 1
Starting Pay Rate: DOE
Hours: Mon – Friday - Flexible Friday hours
Job Duties:
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from patients regarding statement and billing issues
- Make recommendations to patient or billing team to resolve issues
- Participate in the process of statement generation and other patient call center activities
- Attend weekly meetings with team
Requirements:
- MUST have at least one year of customer service experience
- MUST be bi-lingual in English/Spanish
- Inbound customer call center experience preferred
- Background in FQHC and/or medical facility preferred
- Knowledge of billing software and patient statement processing
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
