Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/ Front Office

Looking for an experienced Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our Medical Spa team! We are an established, busy and award winning Medical Spa office in Simi Valley. We cater to high end clientele and it is important to be knowledgeable, confident and well mannered. We are looking for someone who is passionate, business minded, willing to learn, and dedicated.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

-Providing excellent service to members/ guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/ guests upon arrival.

-Help spa director plan events and promotions and manage social media sites and help market products and services to community and online

-Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.

-Assists in administrative tasks including product inventory, checking clients in and data entry of client records into EMR system -Assists in maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas and storage room.

-Must be very computer savvy.

-Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have experience working in a Spa or medical spa and at least basic knowledge of cosmetic procedures and skincare product. Please only apply to this job if you have knowledge or work experience in the aesthetic field, have worked in a dermatology, plastic surgeons office, or a medical office.

-Ability to effectively communicate with clients on different treatments, products and clinic policies and procedures.-Having a Medical Assistant License is a plus and can offer full time employment with MA licence-Must be available to work various hours/days, including but not limited to mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays. (Saturday and 2 days a week until 7pm is required)

-Computer skills are required for this position. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must.

-Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.-Experience receiving, or familiarity with medical terminology and/or non-invasive cosmetic treatments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
