Job Description
- Job Type: Full-time
- Ability to work in a loud environment
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Complete/pass background checks
- Provide safety and security for all the medical staff, distributing medication pass as assigned by the shift supervisor.
- Complete Detention Academy training (academics and physical training i.e. defensive tactics, OC Spray, etc.)
- Assist with sight checks.
- Maintain constant observation of work surroundings to ensure safety and security of employees, visitors and detainees.
- Comply with all applicable ACA and Jail Standards to include Last Locked Door policy.
- Communicate relevant information or unusual incidents to the chain of command.
- Notify the appropriate area regarding security/safety issues, and
- Other duties as assigned.
