Addus Homecare, the parent company of Apple Home Health is searching for a PRN Medical Social Worker.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
- Graduate of a Master’s program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. May also have a doctoral degree in social work.
- Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in health care.
- Experience in a home health care preferred.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance
