When our members walk into our store, they will be greeted by YOU – our liaison for all of our different travel services and retail store offerings! You will have the opportunity to learn and educate our members on the benefits of our AAA Membership, assisting them with their basic travel needs including domestic vacation packages, while assisting them in finding the right travel merchandise to go along with their future travel plans, and more!
Do you have…
- Customer service experience?
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills?
- Comfort with providing recommendations on different products and services?
- Ability to meet sales goals to earn extra inventives?
- General geographic knowledge (Travel school is a plus!)?
- Great at multi-tasking?
- Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment?
- Comfortable with working M – F, 9am – 6pm (some Stores are open Saturdays as well)?
- Looking to start your career in travel?
- have at least 1 year experience in customer service field
- knowledge of geography and travel trends

SALARY
The hourly pay rate for the position ranges from MTC I - $15.74 - $17.07, MTC II - $16.00-$18.21 and MTC III - $18.00-$20.48
Eligible for annual company wide discretionary incentive
Eligible for incentive based on individual sales
