• Clinicians provide therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Typical caseload of 25+ clients
• Scheduling of sessions
• Sessions may be held in-person (school, home, clinic, etc.) OR virtually, as appropriate
• Timely completion of documentation through Thrive's EMR system
• Collaborating with on-staff Prescriber, as needed

The position offers:

• Possible new Hire Bonus of up to $1,500

• High earning potential. Expected annual income for full-time therapists averages from $65,000-$110,000 per year.

Thrive Behavioral Health is Joint Commission accredited. Our team of licensed therapists provide individual, family, and school-based therapy services to adults, children and families. Thrive serves clients throughout Central Maryland. Our Thrive clinicians take a proactive approach to treatment by meeting with clients in neighborhoods, homes, and schools to reduce the barriers of traditional mental health treatment. Thrive also has clinic-based programs in Rosedale, Catonsville, Millersville, and Silver Spring.
