Since we opened our doors, Recovering Hope Treatment Center has been committed to providing comprehensive and individualized care for clients and their families. Located on 47 acres in Mora, MN Recovering Hope’s campus includes co-occurring residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and outpatient mental health services.

Compensation
Since work/life balance may look different for each provider, Recovering Hope has created several compensation packages for mental health therapists to choose from. Package options include salaried and incentive-based structures up to $85,000 annual plus !

Mental Health Therapist Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

• Complete mental health diagnostic assessments and update diagnoses as needed.

• Develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals, objectives and interventions for each client.

• Update and revise treatment plans with clients at least every 90 days and more frequently if needed.

• Facilitate mental health group.

• Document client participation and progress in client record according to the policies and procedures.

• Provide recommendations, referrals, and assist with coordination of care as appropriate.

• Coordinate services with other providers and individuals involved in the client’s care including and not limited to Recovering Hope staff, medical personnel, legal involvement, and support persons.

• Attend and participate in mental health consultation group and all staff meetings/trainings.

• Complete necessary professional development in Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders and Co-Occurring Disorders.

Mental Health Therapist Requirements

• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences or related field.

• Licensure in the State of Minnesota as a mental health provider (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.) or a pre-licensed mental health provider on track to obtain licensure.

• Know and understand the implications of chapter 245G, chapter 245A, and sections 626.556, 626.557 and 626.5572.

• Ability to attest to being free from problematic substance use for two years preceding employment.

• Constantly operate a computer and other office equipment.

Ability to clear a background study

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
