Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Master's Level)

Position Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Position Summary: Provide on-going clinical assessment, diagnosis, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services for our adult clients with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Collaborate with treatment team members or supports around a client's treatment plan goals, treatment, and treatment progress. Facilitate a wide variety of individual, family, and group therapy, crisis, and case management rehabilitative services. Conduct crisis interventions via telephone, video, and/or face-to-face, intervene, de-escalate, assess suicidal/homicidal risk, and implement needed holds, treatment services, and/or referrals to additional treatment resources.

Wage Range: Unlicensed Therapist - $42,467 to $61,577.45; Licensed Therapist $52,958.50 to $79,437.74.

Required: Minimum of 1-3 years of directly relevant experience in the mental health field, substance use disorder field (or similar program). Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited College or University and a CAS. LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LAC or eligible for obtaining one of these licenses within 6 months of hire preferred. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
