The Beam Team has served America’s most respected brands as a leading construction and fixture installation company for three decades, and we are hiring a Site Supervisor to join our team!

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the execution of our projects and monitoring worksite activities, while supervising our field teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ leading a reset/remodel team.
  • 5+ years’ performing field operations for retails service companies including experience with fixture installation and merchandising projects in the field.
  • Basic ability to read design drawings/blueprints/planograms.
  • Ability to travel in your state and surrounding states up to 90% of the time.
  • Available to work Sunday through Friday nights.  Typical shift is 8pm to 6am (but actual hours vary depending on the project). Daytime and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Reliable transportation that you do not share.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Must have basic tools—we will provide a small list (e.g., impact drill, hammer, screwdrivers, mallet, etc.).

Preferred:

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent is highly preferred. Education considerations will balance against the individual’s proven experience in construction renovation/remodel.
  • Home Depot and Wayfinding reset/remodel experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Field Technicians.
  • Safely move, build, tear down, and reposition beams and shelving in store bays.
  • Relocate or adjust position of stock currently on display.
  • Update pricing labels on shelves.
  • Place stickers, signs, and products on shelving and build displays with and without planograms.
  • Tactfully coordinate and direct workers as needed.
  • Communicate with project teams and field management personnel via daily emails and field reports.
  • Training of new employees as necessary.
  • Ensure safety procedures are adhered to at all times of the project.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive bending for up to 10 hours a day.
  • Ability to pull, push, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willing and physically able to SAFELY climb ladders up to 20 feet high.

Pay:

  • PAID WEEKLY.
