Job Summary:
Support the Federal Electronic Health Records Modernization (FEHRM) office. Supports development and refinement of interagency interoperability and modernization strategy, and associated plans. Responsible for the development of measures to track the advancement of health data interoperability between the Departments and with the private sector, monitoring of plan execution against measures/metrics. Enhance and build dashboards to depict measures and metrics pertaining to interoperability strategy and execution. Apply metrics to establish a performance baseline for interoperability maturity of the Federal EHR. Engage stakeholders to collect data, refine measures, and to interpret results.
Minimum qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Possesses knowledge of appropriate data sources to address the specific requirements of projects for monitoring, characterization, analysis, and modeling
- Performs scientific research, scientific writing, and editing, including the writing and editing of project products to established government standards for the targeted science and lay audiences, proofreading of draft and final documents
- Works independently
- Attends meetings and workshops to present on project work, participate in discussions
- Has the ability to analyze data using MS Power BI and MS Excel
- Master’s degree in a Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering or related scientific, technical, or clinical discipline or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
