- Architect and lead the technical and functional solution design of customer implementations on Total Compensation cloud software offering
- Engage in the function of product innovation, enhancement, and integration to address customer solution needs. This position will digest customer requirements and, where applicable, identify and design enhancements to software platform to meet new and expanding requirements and usage scenarios
- Engage with customers to finalize requirements and scope of the customer solution.
- Technical management of implementation team consultants and developers to ensure the solution design and architecture is being implemented efficiently and correctly, and work through design issues and customer requirements issues
- Provide technical knowledge and techniques to help coach and mentor implementation consultants - helping enable them to complete implementation development and testing activities
- Responsible for improving, standardizing, and templatizing our proprietary Total Compensation solution approach to include features and enhancements that meet the highly specialized human resources needs of our clients.
- Provide advanced technical support to the US Customer Base, when needed.

- Fluent in English
- Degree in computer science or business information technology
- Three years of experience in a position involving software development and design of Compensation Solutions
- Experience building solutions with utilizing at least three of the following: Azure infrastructure services, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Development Operations (ADO), SQL Server Management Studio, Scripting (Java and PowerShell), Azure Functions and C#
- Experience building, enhancing, and/or maintaining core product code and architecture.
- Experience building and testing applications in Enterprise-class organizations
