At Norcom Mortgage we are looking to partner with a Loan Originator to service the local communities. Norcom Mortgage recognizes that each person's situation is unique and tailors each opportunity to the individual Loan Originator to achieve optimal success.
As a Loan Officer, you will have:
- Full Product Offerings
- Flexibility to create your own business plan
- Support and mentorship from a seasoned Branch Manager
- Dedicated Marketing team
- CRM/Database marketing technology
- Personal Website
- Budget for regular networking events
- Ability to present on a monthly basis in Real Estate Partner offices, educational seminars/webinars and other events
- Competitive Rates and products with a Direct Lender
- Helpdesk run by 4 Licensed Loan Originators
- Full benefit package (Health, Vision, Dental, & 401k)
- Consistent and ongoing 100% communication and support
