We are in immediate need of qualified and/or trainable Motorcycle Salespeople to help us meet the needs of our growing Cowboy Harley-Davidson of Beaumont riding community!

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for Harley-Davidson® motorcycles and the experiences that they provide. For us, it’s not just selling a mode of transportation, it’s about assisting other Harley-Davidson® riders on their road to freedom, whether it’s their first “Hog” or their twentieth. We have a great pay plan, available benefits, 5-day work week averaging about 45-50 hours per week, and the potential for you to make a career here as we assist you in building your book of business.

Location:

Beaumont, TX

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
• Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year retail sales or customer service experience required.
• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• Valid Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
• Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.
