Multi Axis Turning Machinist’s in Bloomington, MN | $25.00 to $31.00/Hour DOE
Our Multi Axis Turning Machinist’s workweek is Monday to Thursday with hours starting at 6:00 am until 4:00 pm. This job is a Skilled Industrial type position that that pays $25.00 to $31.00/Hour and is a Temp-to-hire opportunity.
Multi Axis Turning Machinist Duties and Responsibilities –
- Able to set-up and operate Mori Seiki Lathes and controls.
- Technical Degree in machining or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience including multi axis lathes
- Experience with multi spindle and multi turret lathes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to follow work instructions.
- Proficient with G & M codes.
- Understanding of GD&T.
- Ability to understand & Preform editing.
- Machinist responsible for verifying quality of part and completing quality documentation as required.
- Previous experience with tight tolerances of .0001.
- ISO / AS9100 experience is a plus.
Multi Axis Turning Machinist Requirements and Qualifications –
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- 2 years related experience and/or training
- High School diploma or GED required
- Effectively communicate and understand job instructions in the English language
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required
