Multi-Site: Community Maintenance Supervisor Position Available at Crosspointe/Highland Flats Apartments (Tacoma, WA) -- Excellent Career Opportunity.

We are looking for a remarkable person able to fill the Community Maintenance Supervisor position for two of our properties in Tacoma, WA at Crosspointe/Highland Flats Apartments. The best candidate will be able to manage these 2 properties, be able to work as a team with the onsite staff, and residents, and have a can-do attitude. We offer:

*$24 /hour

*Full time employees earn 144 Hours or 18 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

*Options for tuition assistance for programs like WMFHA, IREM, NAA, and other industry classes/certifications.

General Duties:

*Supervising all maintenance staff

*Groundskeeping

*Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances

*Turnovers of units

*Building and Common Area Maintenance

*Being available on-call, on a rotating basis, for emergency calls

Requirements:

*Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience

*Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus!

*Good customer service skills

*Renovation Experience a plus!

*Experience completing work orders and preparing make ready units

*Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset

*Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment

*Consistent work history and verifiable references

*Ability to pass drug screening / background and reference check

*Valid driver's license

*Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
