Holland Manufacturing Company, located in Succasunna NJ, is a growing manufacturer of converted paper products and is in search of full-time employees during our three shifts of operations. Holland Manufacturing has been in operation for over 63 years and is family owned and operated US manufacturer.

Holland services the industrial packaging market which is currently being fueled by the growth of e-commerce. Holland’s primary product is water activated tape which can be seen on many e-commerce packages from the world’s largest retailers. With aggressive growth plan and continual investment into state-of-the-art converting equipment, Holland is great environment for gaining industrial paper converting and manufacturing experience.

Positions Available

Lift Truck / Clamp Truck Operators - in search of candidates with lift truck experience for material handling roles for both our production operations as well as for our shipping and receiving department. Clamp truck experience is a plus but not required. Active lift truck certification a plus. Experience with warehouse management / inventory control scanning equipment a plus.

Machine Operators - in search of candidates to operate our paper converting equipment. Experience in machine operation preferred. Ability to interpret and follow product specifications, manage inventory control and the machine level, and a willingness to direct others to ensure a safe and efficient machine operation.

Print Press Operators – in search of candidates to join our fast growing printing department as press operators. Experience with photopolymer printing preferred. Ability to interpret and follow product specifications

Machine Helpers - in search of candidates who are willing to learn machinery and work as part of our production team to assist manufacturing operations.

Packaging Control Assistant – in search of a candidate to join our team as the inventory control lead for our production finishing department. Duties include computer inventory input as well as ensuring packing supplies are organized for work orders. Computer skills required, experience with manufacturing inventory control, ability to interpret product specifications and follow production schedules.

Maintenance Mechanics - in search of qualified maintenance mechanics. Work includes preventative maintenance on machinery, machine and facility repairs, equipment installation. Technical skills and experience are required.

Quality Inspector - in search of candidate to join our quality team to assist us in ensuring quality throughout our production processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
