About Us
The SMP Health-St. Raphael is a 170 bed long-term care facility located in the heart of Valley City, ND. We are sponsored by the Sisters of Mary of the Presentation Health System, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping communities provide quality health care services along with Christian compassion. We are a Catholic facility comprised of around 260 dedicated employees who come together as a team to provide quality and compassionate care to our residents.

Job Duties

• Transport Residents to and from activities
• Assist Residents with activities such as bingo
• Visiting with the residents 1 on 1
• Helping to plan activities
• Documenting participation of residents

Pay Range
$16.00 - 19.28 per hour depending on experience.

Shift Times
Evenings 4-7pm, typically every other weekend Saturday 9am - 4pm and Sunday 2:30-7pm.
