Overview

Mobile Health is recruiting a Network Expansion Specialist, a role that will be critical to Mobile Health’s growth from a local medical services provider to a national provider. The Network Expansion Specialist will primarily be responsible for researching, contacting and recruiting medical providers across the country to join Mobile Health’s network of national providers. The position consists of sales, operations, relationship management, process and procedure development, and more.

The Network Expansion Specialist will work as part of a tightly knit cross-functional team to grow Mobile Health’s national footprint. The Network Office team will be given the autonomy and flexible structure to work together to reach its goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Contact medical providers across the country for contracting

• Negotiate rates for services with providers

• Serve as the main point of contact between network providers and Mobile Health

• Collaborate with members of the Network Office, Sales and Account Management team to determine recruitment needs and priorities

• Work with the team to develop systems, policies and procedures to ensure smooth contracting and subsequent operations of provider network offices

• Liaise with other members of the organization (Marketing, IT, Finance and more) to communicate future needs and plan resources

• Work to strengthen relationships with clinic partners

Experience & Education

• High energy level

• Team player

• Highly organized

• Ability to communicate with a variety of levels, both internal to the organization and external

• Extremely proficient with computers, including Excel.

• Fast learner – especially with computer/EMR systems

• Desire and ability to think creatively and strategically

• Loves to work in a fast paced environment

• Experience in health care a plus

• BA/BS degree preferred
