Cybersecurity focus

• Provide technical support for IT assets
• Cybersecurity (Antivirus) & security patches
• Backups and images of all IT assets
• Recovery and reporting of compromised systems
• Day-to-day maintenance of computer assets
• Software management and installation of software on IT assets
• Ensures hardware, cabling, and supporting accessories are serviceable and available

Preferred Education · 2-year or 4-year technical degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems.

Essential Experience

Thorough understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, Client/Server, Ethernet, LAN)

Domain / Active Directory knowledge

• Proven skills in troubleshooting system problems
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to convey technical concepts and issues to non-technical staff
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude when working with Customers, Peers, and Management
• A high level of motivation and a bias for action
• Highly structured/organized with attention to accuracy and detail

Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented/collaborative environment; as well as experience working independently, including task identification & prioritization.

Essential Requirement :

· A network engineer degree, telecom engineer degree, or BS/BE degree in computer science, cybersecurity or related IT fields.

• Proven work experience as a network security engineer or information security engineer.
• Experience in creating and maintaining security systems.
• Thorough understanding of the latest technologies, security principles, and protocols.
• Complete command on dealing with security systems, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, anti-virus software, log management, authentication systems, content filtering, etc.
• Understanding of the web-related terminologies and software such as web applications, web related protocols, service-oriented architectures, and web services.
• Network engineer certifications such as CCNA – Security related will be essential .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
