About the job

Join the Berry Global team as a Night Shift Machine Operator in Benson, NC. As a Night Shift Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain the assigned line safely and efficiently, with high quality and productivity. You will also provide support to the line lead.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, not required
• Recent manufacturing experience
• Positive team-oriented attitude and communication skills required
• Ability to multi-task with little direction while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Meet productivity standards
• Complete required documentation
• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
• Adjust machinery as needed
