Position Title: NOC Technician
Must be willing to work on location in Detroit and travel 60-75% of the time.
L1 Support
- Entry level technical expertise focused on IE3400 switches.
- 24/7 Service Desk Response for dispatch to select facilities.
- L1 Dispatch for next business day (24 hr. SLO)
- Project coordination providing invoicing, project change requests, quarterly reporting to 33 manufacturing locations in Mexico, Canada and the United States
- L1 Dispatch to support Cisco L3 Engineers
- Cisco CX
