What the job does:

Having begun the makeup revolution in 2013 with record-breaking launches across www.charlottetilbury.com, Selfridges and Net-A-Porter, our revolutionary brand has seen double-digit growth every year. Our points of sale have jumped from our initial 3 to 400+ in 2019 and our plans are to continue this growth trajectory – the sky is the limit!

The Global Inventory Controller is a driving force between Supply Chain, Systems, our 3PL warehouses and our customers, ensuring consistent data management and accurate information flow to support Supply Chain automation, inventory management as well as vendor and recall management.

We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the operation, but can also work strategically to overcome long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.

Reporting Relationships:

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Inventory & Supply with dual dotted line reporting to Global Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Integrity and accuracy of inventory

• Discover innovative methods to ensure continual improvements to regional inventory accuracy
• Work to minimize stock losses ensuring all adjustments are recorded with accurate root cause assigned and within acceptable tolerances
• Responsible for regular stock reconciliations between 3PL WMS and NetSuite, investigating discrepancies and working to iteratively reduce occurrences of missing transactions between the systems
• Manage and report on the annual inventory counts for all warehouses in the region
• Keep up-to-date of financial and auditing requirements, working with our 3PLs to implement perpetual inventory at all sites
• Work collaboratively with Global Inventory team on daily rec’s and adhoc issues
• NetSuite super user

KPIs:

• Stock availability across all warehouses
• Inventory adjustments as a % of total stock
• Inventory accuracy between 3PL WMS and NetSuite

Requirements

You Will Have:

• A strong educational background
  
• Obsessed by detail and getting it right first time
• Experience in inventory management

• Track record of assessing process gaps, fixing them and working with stakeholders to change their ways of working to ensure failures do not reoccur

• Able to demonstrate real examples of taking ownership of projects/improvements right through to the end result

• Comfortable working through ambiguous scenarios and applying correct process

• Experience with an ERP system is critical, someone IT savvy who is able to bring experience of improved information sharing both internally and externally would be a real benefit

Benefits

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000**
