Performs any combination of following duties in care of residents under direction of nursing and medical staff.
Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs. <br>* Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents.*
Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.<br>* Turns and repositions residents requiring physical assistance, alone or with assistance, to maintain good skin integrity.*
Changes bed linens, runs errands, direct visitors, and answers telephone as needed.<br>* Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.*
Cleans, sterilizes, stores, prepares, and issues supplies as needed.
Reports resident status to the nurse on duty and documents in the written medical record as required.
May be assigned other duties.'

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
