Haven Homes, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Nurses (RNs or LPNs) to join our team. We moved into our premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU and long-term care senior health & living campus in December 2020, just off Hwy 12 in Maple Plain. There are Part-Time (Evening- Every other Weekend or Night) and Full-Time (Day) positions available. There is a $5.00 per hour shift differential for night shift.

PT Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm; or 10:00 pm to 6:30 pm
FT Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Part-Time is eligible for a $2,500 Bonus; Full-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus

Nurse responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse skills and requirements:

• Must have MN LPN or RN License and be in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
