The Manager of Utilization and Case Management will report directly to the Director of Case Management. This person will be supported by their Director, a Case Management Coordinator and multiple Senior Case Managers all working together to provide comprehensive care to this specific population of patients. This Manager of Utilization and Case Management will have the opportunity to continue growth and development of their career under the direction and mentorship of a great team in a world-class department.
This well developed Case Management Department contributes to the success of a 100+ bed hospital. The Manager of Utilization and Case Management will join a department that is known for excellent patient care and planning and playing a significant role in outstanding outcomes. The Manager of Utilization and Case Management is expected to be a leader to the case management department by overseeing the daily activities. The Manager will be the primary coordinator of utilization management and discharge planning/implementation integration. They will act as the main resource the Case Management Director looks to for developing new processes in order to meet the department's goals. Overall, the Manager of Utilization and Case Management will make changes and support Utilization Management that provide effective, outcome based, and patient-centered care. The Manager of Utilization and Case Management will join an organization with a rich history, culture, and reputation in the community.
