Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Coastal Plains Primary Care
Coastal Plains Primary Care is seeking a fulltime Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant!
As a part of our team in a family practice setting, you will obtain complete health and psychosocial history and records findings in a systematic format; Perform complete physical assessments; Order, perform, and interpret routine laboratory tests; Provide health education and counseling; Arrange referrals to other members of the health team as needed and also to community resources; Use appropriate reporting mechanisms as required by law; Respect the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of patients; Review patient’s medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, procedures, and clinical course and charts accordingly.
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and two years clinical experience preferred. Requires current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from the South Carolina Board of Nursing. Must have ability to utilize EHR medical charting systems and possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills
