Description:
- Responsible for the medical care of the residents.
- Serves as a role model for professional nursing practices and as an advocate for resident care.
- Directly supervises the Certified Nursing Assistants.
Requirements:

Must have PA nursing license

Experience in long-term care a plus

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate in a caring and empathetic manner

Able to serve as a mentor and team player in a collaborative style
