A Nursing Assistant is a valuable team member who is responsible for providing quality and comprehensive nursing care to a variety of patients. As a nursing assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the patient care team in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Patients cared for range in age from newborn through elderly. You will support and implement patient safety and demonstrate family centered care principles when interacting with patients, their families, and coworkers.
This position may float between our Paynesville and Richmond Clinics.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Working 72 hours every two weeks
- Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
- Saturday rotation 8 am – 12 pm (approximately every 10 th Saturday)
Current Offerings:
- $1,500 sign-on bonus
- Employee benefits (including medical/dental coverage and PTO)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Experience as a nursing assistant preferred
Sign-on bonus eligibility: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. Casual and temporary/non-benefited positions are not eligible. Sign on bonus will only be awarded in cases where the applicant is external and has not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least the past nine months (current CentraCare/Carris employees are not eligible).
CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, Sign-On and Relocation Bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
