Nursing Home Staffing Assistant Job at Meadowbrook Care Center
The Staffing Assistant will be responsible for the design and implementation of staffing patterns for all nursing employees.
Responsibilities of Staffing Assistant
· Assist Staffing Coordinator in creating and maintaining master staffing records
· Check daily staffing patterns as scheduled on allocation sheets as compared to census.
· Secure staff for absences, leaves, etc., adjusting schedules as needed
· Works with the In-Service department to schedule training classes
· Maintain daily personnel assignment records of nursing staff members
· Analyze daily computer time sheets
· Other Duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Previous nursing home scheduling experience required
· Scheduling software SBV experience preferred
· Highly effective in working objectively with a diverse group of people and must demonstrate communication, organizational,
· Administrative and Office managerial skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
