The Bay at Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center is located near Long Beach Island, and a short distance from the beautiful Jersey Shore. The facility is located across the street from the primary medical center in the area, in the seaside village of Manahawkin, NJ.

At The Bay at Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center our talented and experienced caregivers and clinical Team believe in person-centered care. We work with you (and/or your loved one) to develop an individualized plan designed to help you maximize your recovery and we utilize the latest equipment and techniques to help you transition back to home. Whether your stay requires short-term rehabilitation or long-term care; we offer exactly what you need.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

Skills:

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
• Long term care experience preferred
