We are currently looking for great Occupational Therapists for the Northern San Diego team!
This is a Per Diem Opportunity with lots of Flexibility that can move to Full Time quickly!
These are W-2 positions, 1099 not available!
Visit Rates are as follows: Evaluation: $100.00 per visit, Routine Visit: $90.00 per visit, $90.00 per Discharge, $100.00 Discharge with OASIS, $20.00 Phone Discharge, $40.00 per hour for training and orientation.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
Salus Home Health requires that all employees be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus (Both primary vaccines and Booster). If you are offered and accept a position, your employment will be contingent upon proof of vaccination, or approved medical or religious accommodation. Proof of vaccination will be required during the onboarding process. Although Salus Home Health will consider medical/religious exemption, our patients and/or facility partners may require full COVID-19 vaccination. In many cases we cannot guarantee employment without being fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Licensed in the State of CA
- Must have at least 1 year of OT experience (clinicals do not count)
- Mandatory Home Health experience is required
- Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
- Current Car Insurance
